Gary's Divorce Party

Gary loves two things: his family, and wine (maybe not in that order). So when his wife filed for divorce his kids planned a trip to Napa to get his mind off of things. As Gary likes to say, wine heals all wounds! Unfortunately 2020 had a different plan, so they’re having the party virtually and inviting Gary’s closest friends to join- that’s you!

Lena plays Linda, Gary’s youngest daughter and co-produces this online interactive wine tasting.

Saturn Return: A Woo-Woo Mystical Variety Hour

Borne from a powerful premonition, the Unbelievable Madam Roux has gathered a predestined group of mystical-multi-hyphenates for a show exploring why people turn to fortune telling, horoscopes and tarot cards during trying times. Why do these arcane arts hold our fascination, and what can we learn about ourselves from them?

Named after an Astrological term referring to the rough patch many people go through in their late 20s – the Saturn Return – this hour of variety acts ranges from sketch comedy to music and beyond.

Arrive a bit early, as a group of talented physics will offer their talents and advice during one minute readings. A small gratuity is appreciated by these performers. (If you’d like an astrology reading, please be prepared with birth time and place.)

This show is $5 for the general public and free to Ruby LA students and team members with valid Ruby LA ID.

C(ovell)

Lena plays The Speaker in this installment of Annie Lesser's ABC Project. This 3-hour long Immersive Theater experience draws inspiration from Lewis Carroll, circus sideshow, and threepenny opera. The heart of C(ovell) is “The Game,” a mysterious, 90-minute team competition whose rules and purpose seem to get murkier as the evening progresses. Its carefully orchestrated illogic is one of the show’s genuine pleasures.
